1. Services
Calmyra provides psychological assessment, clinical therapy, life coaching, mindset coaching, executive wellness, and related services. Not a substitute for emergency care. UAE emergency: AMAN 800 4673 (free, 24/7).
2. Licensing & Credentials
India: Registered Professionals holding postgraduate clinical qualifications. Dubai: Qualified coaches and consultants holding internationally recognised certifications. Coaching and consulting services are non-clinical and developmental in nature.
3. Bookings & Cancellations
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations (<24 hours): 50% fee. No-shows: full fee.
4. Complimentary Initial Consultation
20–30 minute introductory conversation. Once per new client. Not a clinical assessment or therapeutic engagement.
5. Payment & Fees
Fees confirmed prior to booking. 30 days notice for fee changes. VAT inclusive where applicable (UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017).

7. Professional Standards & Complaints
All practitioners bound by registering body ethics. Complaints to info@calmyra.com. Acknowledgement within 2 working days; full response within 10.
8. Limitation of Liability
Outcomes depend on multiple factors including client engagement and individual circumstances.
9. Governing Law
UAE clients: laws of UAE, courts of Dubai. India clients: laws of India, jurisdiction Bengaluru. All others: laws of UAE.
