Calmyra Mental Wellness ("Calmyra," "we," "our," "us") is committed to protecting your privacy with the same rigour we bring to your care.

We collect: full name, contact details, location, nature of enquiry. For clinical clients, we maintain clinical records. We collect limited technical data through cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

Solely to: confirm and manage bookings; match you with a practitioner; send appointment communications; improve our services. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell or share it with third parties except where legally required.

3. Clinical Confidentiality

All session content is confidential. Records are accessible only to your treating practitioner and, where required by clinical governance, a supervising psychologist. We will not disclose clinical information without your explicit written consent — except in rare legal circumstances involving imminent risk of serious harm.

4. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled servers. UAE clients: UAE Federal Law No. 45 of 2021. India clients: Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act). Retention periods follow applicable clinical and legal standards.
